Research
We use qualitative research methods to gain critical insight into the way people behave and interact. We are specialists in ethnographic and 'material' research, looking at the interactions between people and things to aid the design process. Experience Design
Experience design is the process of designing with a focus on your users' needs. We use a range of tools and processes for generating ideas and improving concepts, ranging from backcasting and persona development to participatory design workshops. More on design...
Development
We don't just make things pretty; we make them 'work'. We build prototypes through to full scale applications and websites, managing the project from start to finish. We test and host services on our dedicated hosting environments. More on development...
